PST to PDF — print messages from an Outlook mailbox
Open a .pst file and save the messages as PDF through your browser's print dialog, with headers, dates and text.
About this conversion
A .pst holds a mailbox as a database, not as a folder of letters, which is why nothing outside Outlook will simply show you what is in it. Saved as PDF, a message stops depending on Outlook altogether: it becomes a document with the sender, the date and the text fixed in place — the shape people actually mean when they ask for correspondence to be produced.

You are not locked into PDF
The file is parsed once and stays open, so the format is picked at the end rather than the beginning: the same .pst can leave here as CSV, XLSX, ZIP, EML, MBOX, HTML, TXT or JSON. Before that you can search it by subject or address, filter by year, sender and attachment type, mark the duplicates and look through the archive overview.
Questions
- Why the print dialog?
- It is the browser's own PDF writer: the text stays selectable and the fonts stay right. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination.
- Can I pick the messages first?
- Yes — filter by year, sender or attachment type, and only those are printed.
